Job Description
Join Johnson Controls as a Continuous Improvement Black Belt! We are looking for an experienced professional with a Black Belt certification and at least 10 to 12 years of experience in CI projects, particularly in PTP/RTR.
The ideal candidate should have proven skills in conducting Six Sigma Training (Green and Yellow belt) and in driving automation projects using RPA and Python. Experience in large multi-national corporations or BPOs is highly desired.
Strong leadership and collaboration skills are essential.
