Job Description
JVW Technologies is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will address customer inquiries about our internet and telecom services, deliver outstanding customer support to international clients, and resolve any product or service issues they may encounter.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate or Undergraduate
- Exceptional English language proficiency
- Strong computer skills with knowledge of current operating systems
- At least 6 months of experience in a BPO environment, ideally in international voice support
- Availability to work during US shifts
- Immediate availability to join
Location: Sector 81, Noida
Salary: ₹25,00.00 – ₹50,00.00 per month
