Job Description
Kamath Electrical PVT LTD, a prominent and rapidly expanding Solar Multistate EPC vendor in Kerala and Tamil Nadu, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our Solar Division at the Kochi Head Office.
Qualifications: A degree in any field, along with proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and billing software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints.
- Respond promptly to customer communications.
- Provide accurate and detailed product information.
- Follow up on complaints and outstanding payments.
- Log call details meticulously.
Job Details: Full-time position; Salary: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month.
Location: Ernakulam, Kerala (In-person position).
