Job Description
As a Call Centre Representative, you will handle incoming calls, assist customers with their queries, and verify their identity per company procedures. Your role also involves making outbound calls for product renewals and updating customer information in our CRM. This is a full-time, permanent position open to freshers.
Pay ranges from ₹8,997.66 to ₹29,678.34 per month, with benefits including a flexible schedule and performance bonuses. Candidates must have completed Higher Secondary (12th Pass) and reside in Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra.
