Job Description
Kiara Lifestyle Clinic is looking for a dedicated Telecaller to manage patient inquiries and facilitate appointment scheduling. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive information about our various treatments and services. Additionally, this role involves assisting patients with appointment modifications and following up on treatment outcomes while ensuring accurate record-keeping.
The Telecaller will also promote skin care services and special offers, along with addressing patient billing and insurance inquiries.
