Job Description

Experience: 5 to 6 years
Job Description:
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of medium engines in both defense and commercial marine sectors.
- Conduct onboard trials in accordance with Naval and Coast Guard trial protocols.
- Perform inspections on marine engines and diesel generator sets provided to shipyards.
- Maintain a growth mindset and actively seek spare parts business opportunities.
- Ensure the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) goals are achieved.
- Conduct monthly reviews to assess due date performance metrics.
