Job Description
KK HR Services is looking for a dedicated Collection Process Executive to enhance our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Debt Collection: Reach out to customers with overdue payments.
- Negotiation: Establish payment plans with customers.
- Record Keeping: Maintain precise communication records.
- Reporting: Update management on the status of collections.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
