Job Description
Kookmate is currently looking for a dedicated and results-driven Telecaller to join our dynamic team in Chennai. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Hindi, English, and Tamil, with proficiency in Hindi being essential.
The Telecaller will engage with potential clients through both inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, address inquiries, and effectively promote our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to introduce our services.
- Handle inbound calls to resolve customer queries.
- Proactively generate leads and cultivate client relationships.
- Schedule appointments and offer customer support.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹18,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
