Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to lead a team of 5 to 7 Direct Sales Team members at Kotak Mahindra. The ideal candidate will ensure team productivity through effective guidance and support. Responsibilities include interacting with manufacturers, dealers, and sub-dealers in semi-urban and rural markets to source business opportunities and establish partnerships for sales programs.
Job Requirements:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in vehicle financing (preferably in CV/CE/MUV)
– Knowledge of Sale-Purchase Brokerage
