Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is seeking a dedicated and efficient Service Delivery Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling personalized service requests from customers, ensuring timely generation of business MIS, and maintaining strict adherence to compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements related to our customer segments.
You will coordinate closely with our CPC/RPC/Investment desks for customer account opening and effectively manage customer complaints to ensure resolution within the established turnaround time (TAT).
