Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Operations Team Member to join our Customer Service Desk. Key responsibilities include handling daily trade transactions, coordinating with various departments for transaction processing, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines. You will also assist corporate customers with their front-end requirements and oversee the issuance of Letters of Credit.
Job Requirements: A graduate or post-graduate with at least one year of relevant experience is preferred. Familiarity with Trade Finance and CMS products, including cheque collections and banker operations, is essential.
