Job Description
Join Kotak Mahindra as a CEC – MIS Resource in our Customer Experience Center, Contact Centre Inbound. We are looking for a dedicated individual with at least 1 year of MIS experience.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Extracting and publishing MIS reports, dashboards, and info graphs.
- Ensuring timely and accurate data submission to top management and stakeholders.
- Supporting sales management by providing essential data.
- Executing ad-hoc requests efficiently.
Requirements:
- Graduate with strong communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, VBA, MS Access, and infographic design.
- Familiar with analytics and presentation tools.
