Job Description:
As an Operations Team Member in the Customer Service Desk, you will manage daily trade transactions while understanding client requirements. You will coordinate with the CPC for transaction processing, resolve discrepancies, and engage with various business groups within the bank. Your responsibilities include ensuring timely execution of transactions, compliance with internal guidelines, issuance of letters of credit, and initial document scrutiny.
Job Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduate / Post-Graduate
- Experience: 2 years of relevant experience, familiar with Trade Finance and CMS products.
