Job Description
The Capital Markets Operations Specialist will join the Client Onboarding team at the Custody/DDP desk of Kotak Mahindra Bank. Key responsibilities include:
- Document preparation for Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPI) and Foreign Direct Investors (FDI).
- Processing onboarding documents for FPIs and FDIs.
- Educating clients on regulatory requirements.
- Handling modification requests for existing accounts.
- Ensuring compliance through client structure reviews.
- Direct client interaction for documentation queries.
- Collaborating with internal teams for timely account openings.
- Managing audit and regulatory inquiries.
Requirements: Strong knowledge of SEBI/RBI guidelines, excellent communication skills, proficiency in documentation review. Educational qualifications: Post Graduate in Commerce/Banking, MBA in Finance/General Management, or Chartered Accountant.
