Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is looking for a dedicated Secretarial Team Member to ensure compliance with the Companies Act of 2013, SEBI regulations, and other statutory requirements. Key responsibilities include managing Board and Committee meetings, drafting notices, agendas, and minutes, and addressing actionable items with stakeholders.
This position also encompasses the coordination of shareholder meetings, investor servicing, and the preparation of annual reports in collaboration with various stakeholders. Additional duties involve overseeing ESOP/SARs allotment and liaising with regulatory authorities during audits.
