Job Description

In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries related to cash services, Demand Drafts, and cheque deposits. Your primary objective will be to ensure swift and precise transactions while identifying potential business opportunities and providing an outstanding customer experience.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, well-groomed, and possess exceptional communication skills. A solid understanding of financial terminology and proficiency in computer applications are essential.
