Job Description: Kotak Mahindra is searching for a committed individual to join our Customer Service Desk Operations team. In this role, you will manage daily trade transactions, ensuring adherence to internal policies and timely execution. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with clients and various internal departments, processing transactions, and swiftly resolving discrepancies. Additionally, you will support the issuance of Letters of Credit while ensuring document accuracy.
Job Requirements: Ideal candidates should possess a Graduate or Post-Graduate degree, along with a minimum of one year of relevant experience. A strong understanding of Trade Finance and CMS products is necessary.
