Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is seeking a committed Team Member for our Customer Service department. The successful candidate will be tasked with efficiently resolving assigned cases, analyzing complaint patterns for senior management, compiling Root Cause Analyses, and collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure cases are addressed from initiation to resolution.
Job Requirements:
– Banking knowledge is essential (preferably in the Loan division)
– Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
– A graduate degree or higher is required
– Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
