Kotak Mahindra is seeking a dedicated Relationship Officer to join our Digital Banking Sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, focusing primarily on corporate clients. In this role, you will be responsible for cross-selling banking products, addressing investment and insurance requirements, and keeping clients updated on our latest offerings. It is essential to maintain comprehensive relationship records and monitor customer satisfaction. We prefer candidates who are graduates with 0-2 years of experience. Additionally, applicants must have a two-wheeler and an Android phone, along with a readiness to travel within city limits. Experience in liability sales or knowledge of KYC regulations will be considered advantageous.
