Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is seeking a motivated and skilled Relationship Officer to enhance our Digital Banking team. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of corporate clientele, along with exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
Key responsibilities include cross-selling banking products, maintaining comprehensive customer records, and promptly addressing client complaints. Ideal candidates should hold a graduate degree and have 0-2 years of relevant experience. A willingness to travel is essential, and possession of a two-wheeler and an Android phone is required. Prior experience in liability sales or knowledge of KYC regulations will be considered advantageous.
