Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is in search of a dedicated Capital Markets Operations Specialist to enhance our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks, including verifying FX instructions on Swift, conducting daily Forex reporting for the Treasury Dealing Unit, and booking inward and outward deals. You will collaborate with Treasury Operations and Dealing Units, perform Nostro reconciliations for the Custody Unit, and manage inward and outward remittances while communicating with clients regarding these transactions. Additionally, you will prepare weekly inflow and outflow reports for RBI and submit required trade reports to CPA. It is essential to follow up for tax certificates related to remittances.
Ideal candidates should possess knowledge of Indian Capital Markets, Foreign Exchange, SEBI and RBI regulations, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel. A Commerce degree or MBA is preferred.
