Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening for a dedicated PDU Executive at Kotak Mahindra. In this pivotal role, you will visit properties mortgaged with KMBL within the commercial and consumer banking sectors. Your primary responsibilities will include executing the APF process, preparing comprehensive valuation reports, and verifying property documents. You will also collaborate with external vendors to acquire essential reports while ensuring compliance with bank policies.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and have a strong familiarity with the local real estate market. You will be expected to provide the sales team and head office with insights on current market trends.
