Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Team Member (Reviewer/Analyst) for our Transaction/Fraud Monitoring team at Kotak Mahindra. The role involves post facto monitoring of transactions to detect and prevent fraud, utilizing our fraud monitoring tools, Finacle, and Dotnet.
Key responsibilities include blocking channels and freezing debit transactions on suspicious activities, preparing case studies to identify trends, and creating various Management Information System (MIS) reports.
Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in retail branch banking or AML monitoring. A graduate with strong communication, analytical skills, and knowledge of MS-Office is preferred.
