Job Description
Join Kotak Mahindra as a Team Member in the FINCON-NPA Reporting department. This position reports to the Senior Vice President and has a grade of M3/M4.
Job Role:
- Understand regulatory requirements for NPA reporting.
- Develop processes and systems for reporting needs.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of information to RBI.
- Collaborate across bank business for information dissemination.
Job Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in data handling or financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Motivated team player; CA/CFA or PG in Data Sciences/Statistics preferred.
