Job Description
KSB SE & Co. KGaA is seeking a motivated Employee Field Sales to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing Authorized Service Centers (ASCs) within the Commercial Building and Waste Water segments. Your primary duties will include achieving annual spare parts targets, addressing customer complaints, and providing guidance to ASCs’ Service Engineers.
Additionally, your participation in product improvement initiatives, offering feedback, and conducting service training will be crucial to our success. You will also coordinate spare parts deliveries as part of your responsibilities.
