Job Description
L4 Lavender Media is currently looking for an enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our dedicated team located on Pallikulam Road in Thrissur, Kerala. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanor, confidence, and fluency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi, allowing them to effectively address customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers through incoming and outgoing calls
- Provide clear explanations of our products and services
- Maintain accurate call logs and customer records
- Follow up on leads and address inquiries promptly
