Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential employers to explore job openings.
- Facilitate interview coordination between students and partner organizations.
- Ensure student attendance during interviews and collect constructive feedback.
- Develop strong relationships with youth to foster their professional development.
- Keep precise records through a Master Sheet.
- Work collaboratively with the Placement Manager on new job vacancies.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field; 1–3 years of experience preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
