Job Description
Join the Lighthouse Communities Foundation (LCF) as an Outreach Coordinator. Your role will involve mobilizing youth from slum communities and fostering healthy relationships. Responsibilities include visiting students at home, mapping communities, and coordinating with stakeholders.
Ideal candidates should have a Master’s in Social Work or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience, and strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu. Proficiency in MS Office and GIS mapping is required. A commitment to youth development is essential.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹25,00 – ₹30,00/month | Benefits: health insurance, provident fund, cell phone reimbursement.
