Job Description
The Lighthouse Communities Foundation (LCF) is seeking an Outreach Coordinator to engage youth from slum communities and promote healthy relationships. The ideal candidate will act as a role model, communicating the program’s benefits to youth and their parents. Key responsibilities include ensuring high enrollment rates, conducting one-on-one interactions, home visits, and collaborating with stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications: Master’s in Social Work or related field (3-5 years experience), MS Office and GIS Mapping proficiency, and excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Salary: ₹25,00 – ₹30,00/month. Benefits: cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, provident fund.
