Location: Kolkata (Near Park Circus)
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
We are looking for a skilled Ticketing and Reservation Agent to manage ticketing, reservations, reissuance, and refunds with precision. The ideal candidate should demonstrate proficiency in Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Issue tickets and handle reservation management
- Process reissuance and refunds efficiently
- Negotiate competitive group rates
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in GDS systems
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ticketing/reservations
- IATA certification is an advantage
Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
Expected Start Date: February 6, 2025
