Job Description
Locuz Enterprise Solutions is seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to serve as the single point of contact for end users regarding IT issues and queries. Responsibilities include managing incidents and service requests, ensuring smooth delivery according to established SLAs. The ideal candidate will be skilled in troubleshooting various IT problems related to desktops, laptops, and printers, and managing Active Directory accounts.
Key tasks involve escalations, providing first-line support, and maintaining a high degree of customer service. Proficiency in remote desktop management and familiarity with Unix operating systems is a plus.
