Lotus Fashions by Blue Velvet is looking for dedicated candidates to join our Customer Support Team. The position entails managing customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and WhatsApp (70% of the role), as well as assisting walk-in customers, driving sales, and packing orders (30% of the role).
