Join Lumina Industries India as a Customer Support Executive and be a key player in delivering exceptional service to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, addressing inquiries, and maintaining precise records within our CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and effective customer assistance;
• Maintain positive relationships with customers;
• Ensure accurate documentation of interactions.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English;
• Familiarity with Telugu or Kannada is a plus;
• Immediate availability is preferred;
