Job Description
M/S Rank Projects and Development Pvt Ltd is actively seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) Quantity Surveyor to join our corporate office in Chennai. The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, along with a minimum of 25 years of relevant experience.
The AGM QS will take a leadership role in managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to budgets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- Budget Management
- Bill Verification and Cross-Checking
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary in the range of ₹85,00.00 – ₹100,00.00 per month.
