Job Description
We are hiring experienced candidates for the position of Customer Relationship Executive at Maatrom HR Solution, located in Kilpauk. Candidates with 2-5 years of experience and a UG degree in Marketing or B.E Civil are preferred. An MBA is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a passion for customer service are essential. Familiarity with CRM software is beneficial. The role demands multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Work hours are from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with a salary range of ₹20,00 to ₹25,00 per month, depending on performance.
