Job Description
Maersk is seeking a Process Expert who will take ownership of job files, responsible for creating and updating shipping documents and customer invoices within our system. This role manages all SCM Operations activities related to file management for assigned customers. Key activities include documentation, system updates, operational finance, and proactive communication with customer service concerning any exceptions. The Process Expert will also support customer service in resolving queries and handling exceptions.
