Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly qualified Legal Manager (Contracts) who will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of contracts, including Share Subscription Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate law and a strong background in contract lifecycle management.
Key responsibilities will encompass contract negotiations, the creation of in-house templates, and conducting thorough legal research. Applicants must possess an LLB and an LLM with a specialization in Company Law, or an equivalent qualification.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to work independently, exhibit excellent communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
