Job Description
Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd is seeking a skilled Supply Chain & Merchandise Manager with a strong knowledge of the procurement process. The ideal candidate will identify and manage risks in production fulfillment while collaborating closely with suppliers and stakeholders. Responsibilities include maintaining proactive material planning, optimizing inventory levels, managing bottlenecks, and ensuring timely dispatch and receipt of materials.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, or Automobile) with 3-5 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills and experience with MRP systems.
