Job Description
Join our team at Mark and Orion Ventures Pvt Ltd (DOC AND MARK) as a Customer Service Executive! In this role, you will warmly welcome customers, assess their needs, and effectively showcase our product offerings. You will assist customers in choosing the appropriate size and color, facilitate cross-selling opportunities, manage billing processes, and resolve any discrepancies.
Additionally, you will inspect incoming stock for defects and address customer complaints professionally. The position offers flexible working hours, including both day and night shifts, with a competitive salary ranging from ₹15,00.00 to ₹22,00.00 per month.
