Job Description
Market Melon is seeking a dedicated Academic Counselor to enhance our team. The primary responsibilities include providing guidance to prospective students and their families, assessing student needs, and successfully converting leads into confirmed admissions. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining detailed records in our CRM system and collaborating with the marketing team to boost student engagement.
The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of experience in academic counseling, demonstrate exceptional communication skills, and excel in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, or business is preferred.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from ₹10,00.00 to ₹22,00.00 per month, along with performance-based incentives.
