Job Description
Join our team at Four Points by Sheraton Hotel & Serviced Apartments in Pune as a Banquet Coordinator. In this role, you will meet with group coordinators and hosts to ensure smooth event execution. You will be responsible for reading banquet event orders, accommodating special requests, and ensuring all event arrangements meet guest expectations.
Adhere to safety and security protocols while maintaining a professional appearance. You will provide exceptional customer service, anticipate guests’ needs, and foster positive relationships with colleagues. Physical demands include moving objects up to 25 pounds and navigating various indoor and outdoor spaces.
Preferred qualifications include a high school diploma and at least one year of related experience. No supervisory experience is required.
