Job Description
MARUTI ISPAT PIPES PVT. LTD is looking for a dedicated and skilled Executive Assistant to offer high-level administrative support to the CEO, thereby enhancing operational efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Efficiently organize and prioritize the CEO’s schedule, including meetings and travel arrangements.
- Communication Facilitation: Draft and manage professional correspondence, reports, and presentations for key stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Challenges: Navigate multiple priorities, uphold confidentiality, and adapt to unforeseen changes.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹1,500,00.00 – ₹1,900,00.00 per annum
