Job Description
Maxivision Eye Hospital is seeking a dedicated Counsellor to support patients throughout their surgical journey. Key responsibilities include:
- Counselling patients referred for surgeries
- Coordinating with doctors on potential cases
- Fixing surgical appointments and preparing surgical lists
- Conducting preoperative and postoperative follow-ups
- Managing patient care, payments, and TPA claims
- Documentation and maintaining patient relationships
Required qualifications include a preferred Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of work experience in counselling. This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of ₹20,00.00 – ₹40,00.00 per month.
