Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily office operations, including answering phone calls and welcoming visitors.
– Organize office supplies, assist with scheduling, and prepare reports.
– Collaborate with the accounting department on invoicing and data entry.
– Maintain filing systems and support the onboarding process for new employees.
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent; administrative certification is a plus.
– Demonstrated experience as an office assistant.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
