Job Description
Job Summary: Mervice Infotech is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Kiosk Attendant. You will ensure smooth operation and safety for passengers booking App-cabs from the airport while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include greeting passengers, facilitating bookings, assisting in unforeseen situations, and handling inquiries. Previous airport customer service experience is preferred; certification in Aviation or Hospitality Management is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month | Schedule: Day and Rotational shifts.
