Job Description
MGSGOLD is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to enhance our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, effectively promoting our products and services. Key responsibilities include articulating product features, generating interest, persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointments, and addressing incoming inquiries and concerns.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of ₹12,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month, along with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and paid sick leave. Ideal candidates should possess 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience and be fluent in both English and Hindi.
The position requires in-person attendance, with an expected start date of April 19, 2025.
