Job Description
We are looking for a committed L1 Service Desk Technician to become an integral part of our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our clients, your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional technical support for a range of software and hardware issues.
Your duties will include diagnosing and resolving incidents, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt follow-ups.
The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, a solid technical background, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure. Previous experience in a service desk setting is highly preferred.
