Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Telecaller to reach out to debtors regarding overdue payments and assist customers experiencing payment challenges.
Responsibilities include creating customer feedback reports, collaborating with departments to resolve disputes, and meeting collection and quality targets.
This full-time role offers a salary between ₹16,00.00 and ₹25,00.00, along with benefits like a Provident Fund. Candidates must work in rotational shifts.
Preferred qualifications: secondary education, fluency in Tamil and English, and a Debit Recovery Agent Certification. Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai.
