Job Description

MobileProgramming is currently hiring experienced Production Support Assistants for our Pune office. This position emphasizes non-technical support and requires candidates to have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with Loan Management Systems (LMS) and Loan Origination Systems (LOS), along with strong issue tracking abilities, is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate proficiency in documenting and tracking issues. The work schedule is structured for 5 days a week, with rotational shifts available from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM or 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
