Job Description
More Retail Private Limited is on the lookout for a motivated Field Recruiter to drive the sourcing, screening, and hiring processes for various bulk hiring roles. Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source qualified candidates via multiple platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews with potential hires.
- Oversee the recruitment cycle from job posting to candidate placement.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new employees.
- Keep accurate and organized recruitment records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.

Salary: Up to ₹450,00.00 per annum, inclusive of benefits.
